Theme of the final qualification work: “Study of the promising electric modes of the energy system when the Norilsk-Taimyr energy district is connected to the UES of Russia”.This work is devoted to the study of promising electric modes when connecting the isolated Norilsk-Taimyr energy district to the Tyumen energy system. Tasks that were solved during the study:1.Analysis of existing power balances of the studied energy systems.2.The study of promising electrical modes when connecting the Norilsk-Taimyr energy district to the Tyumen energy system.3.Analysis of the reactive power balances of the Norilsk-Taimyr energy district in the regimes of winter maximum and summer minimum loads after joining the Tyumen power system.4.Technical and economic comparison of options for combining the Norilsk-Taimyr energy district with the Tyumen energy system and choosing the best option. In the work, promising computational models are formed in the format of the RastrWin software package for winter maximum load modes and summer maximum and minimum load modes based on control measurements in 2018, designed to study the modes when the Norilsk-Taimyr energy district is connected to the Tyumen energy system in 2024. Existing and prospective power balances of the Tyumen energy system and the Norilsk-Taimyr energy district. Promising electrical 5modes have been investigated. The balances of reactive power of the Norilsk-Taimyr energy district in the regimes of winter maximum and summer minimum loads after connecting to the Tyumen power system are analyzed, the power of the necessary means of compensating reactive power is determined. The maximum permissible flows of active power in controlled sections were calculated for power reception and delivery by the Norilsk-Taimyr energy district under theconditions of static stability and current loading of power lines for various options for connecting the Norilsk-Taimyr energy region to the Tyumen power system. Checked electrical network equipment for load currents. A technical and economic comparison of the options for combining the Norilsk-Taimyr energy district with the Tyumen energy system is carried out.An analysis of the reactive power balances of the Norilsk-Taimyr energy district after joining the Tyumen power system showed that in 2024 a deficit of reactive power arises in the Norilsk industrial region. A large reserve of reactive power of the Kureyskaya hydroelectric power station cannot be transferred to the power centers of the Norilsk industrial region at the Sub220 / 110 kV Subornaya and Reception, therefore the installation of additional SCRM is necessary in this area. According to the criterion of the largest TIRs when exchanging power with the Tyumen power system, the most preferred option is to connect at two 220 kV overhead lines the Ust-Khantayskaya HPP -Vankorskaya.
