Были разработаны предложения по: 1. Поэтапному переходу от нынешнего вида наземного транспорта к более экологичному электротранспорту. 2. Меры государственного обеспечения безопасности наземной транспортной структуры, приведшей к более оптимальному взаимодействию всей субъектов данной структуры. Многие проблемы, описанные мной в работе, имеют ключевой характер в социально-экономическом развитии региона. За основу исследования были взяты транспортная инфраструктура Санкт-Петербурга, экономическое, а также экологическое состояние. По моему мнению, важнейшей проблемой транспортной инфраструктуры, затронутой в магистерской диссертации, является экологический вред наземного транспорта. В работе приведено множество примеров пагубного влияния автомобилей, автобусов, легковых и грузовых машин. На данный момент экологическое состояние больших городов находится на низком уровне. Это происходит из-за высокого загрязнения предприятиями, наземным транспортом и является ключевой повесткой всего мира. В своей работе я использовал большое количество схем, рисунков и таблиц, которые помогают лучше углубиться в суть проблемы и понять методологию ее решения.

Proposals were developed for: 1. Gradual transition from the current type of land transport to a more environmentally friendly-electric transport. 2. Measures of state security of the land transport structure, which led to a more optimal interaction of all the subjects of this structure. On the basis of state programs, a forecast of the development of transport infrastructure in the region and the country as a whole is made. Many of the problems I have described in my work are of a key nature in the socio-economic development of the region. The study was based on the transport infrastructure of Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad region, their economic and environmental conditions. A separate item in the final work describes the security aspects of land transport infrastructure. My master's thesis also focuses on the problem of lack of transport on the outskirts of Russia, as well as the unsuitability of roads in the country. In my opinion, the problems and state of the transport infrastructure of the entire state are closely interrelated with regional ones, in the case of this work - St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region. In my opinion, only a state with the right vector of transport and road policy can resolve all the problems in this industry. Lack of funding and lack of implementation of promising projects leads to huge socio-economic problems, which also affect the entire transport infrastructure of the country. In my work, I used a large number of diagrams, drawings and tables that help me better understand the problem and the methodology for solving it.
