Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Цифровизация управленческого учета на промышленном предприятии». Данная работа посвящена исследованию процесса внедрения цифровизации управленческого учета на предприятии, оценки экономического эффекта от внедрения. Для полноценного изучения темы необходимо было решить следующие задачи: 1. Рассмотреть теоретические основы управленческого учета, выделить понятие и сущность, определить основные части анализа учета – бизнес-процессов, изучить методы их описания и дать основные определения. 2. Дать определение цифровизации на предприятиях и выявить основные принципы. 3. Определить недостатки управленческого учета на исследуемом предприятии, выделить основные методы его цифровизации. 4. Описать способы цифровизации основных бизнес-процессов предприятия. 5. Определить экономическую эффективность проекта цифровизации управленческого учета на промышленном предприятии и выделить основные проблемы, возникшие при его внедрении. Работа проведена на базе компании ООО «Петрохолод – Пищевые Технологии», где собиралась основная информация для исследования (особенности бизнес-процессов, себестоимость производства по статьям расходов). Были описаны основные бизнес-процессы компании, выявлены их недостатки, определены цели и задачи проекта цифровизации. В результате внедрения были выявлены основные шаги цифровизации промышленных предприятий, разработана методика цифровизации исследуемого предприятия и рассчитана экономическая эффективность подобных решений.

The subject of the graduate qualification work is: "Digitalization of management accounting in an industrial enterprise." This work is devoted to the implementation process of digitalization of the administrative account at the enterprise, assessment of the economic impact of the introduction. The research set the following goals: 1. Consider the theoretical foundations of management accounting, highlight the concept and essence, identify the main parts of the analysis of accounting - business processes, study the methods of their description and give basic definitions. 2. Define digitalization in enterprises and identify the basic principles. 3. Identify the shortcomings of management accounting in the enterprise under study, highlight the main methods of its digitalization. 4. Describe the methods of digitalization of the main business processes of the enterprise. 5. To determine the economic efficiency of the project of digitalization of management accounting at an industrial enterprise and highlight the main problems that arose during its implementation. Work carried out on the basis of the company "Petroholod - Food Technology", which gathers basic information for research (especially business processes, the production cost of expenditure). The main business processes of the company were described, their shortcomings were identified, the goals and objectives of the digitalization project were identified. As a result of the implementation, the main steps of digitalization of industrial enterprises were identified, a digitalization technique for the enterprise under study was developed, and the economic efficiency of such solutions was calculated.
