Объект исследования – Василеостровская ТЭЦ. Предмет исследования ― производственная деятельность и факторы, влияющие на экономическую эффективность ТЭЦ. Цель работы: провести анализ и оценку эффективности производственной деятельности исследуемого объекта и предложить мероприятия по повышению эффективности деятельности. В соответствии с целью был поставлены следующие задачи: ознакомиться с теоретическими аспектами технологического процесса; провести анализ производственной и сбытовой деятельности предприятия и факторный анализ прибыли от реализации продукции исследуемого объекта; на основе проведенного анализа и оценки состояния внести предложения по повышению эффективности производственной деятельности исследуемой ТЭЦ. Информационную базу исследования составили сведения о деятельности Василеостровская ТЭЦ, формы финансовой отчетности, предоставленные компанией. Структура исследования состоит из введения, трех глав, введения, заключения, списка литературы и приложений. Был сделан анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности Василеостровская ТЭЦ. По данным проведенного анализа, можно сделать вывод, что необходимы мероприятия по реконструкции Василеостровской ТЭЦ, которые позволят повысить паропроизводительность котлоагрегатов и снизить себестоимость. Выполнение мероприятий в соответствии с планом позволит предприятию Василеостровская ТЭЦ повысить сбыт электрической и тепловой энергии. Более полно изучить состояние и перспективы развития рынка сбыта и контролировать энергопотребление организаций, финансируемых из бюджетов всех уровней.

The object of research is Vasileostrovskaya CHPP. The subject of the research is production activity and factors that affect the economic efficiency of a CHP plant. The purpose of the work: to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of the production activity of the object under study and propose measures to improve the efficiency of activities. In accordance with the aim we set the following objectives: to get acquainted with the theoretical aspects of the process; to analyze production and marketing activities of the company and factor analysis of profit from sales of the investigated object; on the basis of the analysis and assessment of the state to make suggestions to improve production efficiency of the studied CHP. The information base of the study was made up of information about the activities of Vasileostrovskaya CHPP, financial reporting forms provided by the company. The structure of the study consists of an introduction, three chapters, introduction, conclusion, list of references and appendices. We have made an analysis of the financial and economic activities of Vasileostrovskaya CHPP. According to the analysis, we can conclude That we have planned measures for the reconstruction of the Vasileostrovskaya CHPP. We can say that the measures for the reconstruction of the enterprise Vasileostrovskaya CHPP will increase the steam capacity of boilers and reduce the cost of production. Implementation of measures in accordance with the plan will allow the enterprise Vasileostrovskaya CHPP to increase sales of electricity and heat. To study more fully the state and prospects of the sales market development and control the energy consumption of organizations financed from budgets of all levels.
