Тема выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра: «Автоматизация работы с проектно-сметной документацией на предприятии АО «Ленгазспецстрой»». Цель работы – автоматизировать работу с проектно-сметной документацией в АО «Ленгазспецстрой» путем внедрения программного продукта «1С: документооборот» и интеграцией 1С и AutoCAD. Задачи работы: - раскрыть понятие и особенности работы с проектно-сметной документацией в нефтегазовой промышленности; - дать характеристику предприятия АО «Ленгазспецстрой», описать организационную структуру и провести финансовый анализ; - проанализировать программные продукты, используемые в организации и выявить проблемы их применения; - выбрать программный продукт и описать процесс его внедрения в АО «Ленгазспецстрой»; - обосновать эффективность внедрения программного продукта «1С:Документооборот» и интеграции AutoCAD и 1С. Работа была выполнена на базе АО «Ленгазспецстрой» на основе материалов ИТ-отдела. Использованные методы: архитектурное моделирование, методы оценки экономической эффективности проектов. Результаты работы: - построены модели As-Is и To-Be; - доказано преимущество внедрения СЭД «1С:Документооборот»; - разработан календарный план проекта; - сформулирован алгоритм внедрения СЭД и интеграции AutoCAD с 1С; - обоснована эффективность проекта. Практическая значимость работы обусловлена результатами исполнения проекта для строительной организации в нефтегазовой отрасли: сокращение затрат ФОТ, повышение эффективности работы предприятия, сокращение времени на поиск и обработку документов.

Theme of the graduate qualification work of bachelor: «The automation of working with submittals at the joint stock company «Lengazspetsstroy»». The purpose of the work: The automation of working with submittals at the JSC "Lengazspetsstroy" by implementing the software product "1C: document management" and integrating 1C and AutoCAD. Tasks of work: - to reveal the concept and features of working with submittals in the oil and gas industry. - to give a description of JSC "LGSS" and describe the organizational structure of the enterprise and conduct its financial analysis. - to analyze the software products used in the organization and identify problems with their application. - to select a software product for implementation in JSC "Lengazspetsstroy". - to justify the effectiveness of the implementation of the software product "1C:document management" and integration of AutoCAD and 1C. Work is performed on the basis of the materials provided by IT- Department of JSC "Lengazspetsstroy". Methods used: architectural modeling, methods for evaluating the economic efficiency of projects. Work results: - «As-Is» and «To-be» models are designed; - the advantage of implementing "1C: document management» is proved; - a project calendar is developed; - the key steps for implementing EDMS and integrating AutoCAD with 1C are formulated; - by using the economic indicators the effectiveness of the project is justified. The practical significance of the work is determined by the results of the project execution for the construction organization in the oil and gas industry: reduced costs on wage fund, improved efficiency of working, reduced time for searching and processing documents.
