Данная работа посвящена оценке эффективности использования ресурсного потенциала и разработке стратегии развития компании. Основная информация для выполнения поставленных задач была получена в агентстве недвижимости ООО «Монолит Плюс». В компании была получена следующая информация: финансовая и бухгалтерская отчетности, организационные данные. В результате анализа предприятия мы выяснили его финансовое состояние, эффективность использования ресурсного потенциала. На основе полученных данных мы составили новую стратегию развития, позволяющую улучшить деятельность компании на данный момент и произвести успешное расширение в недалеком будущем.

This work is devoted to evaluation of efficiency of resource potential utilization and development strategy of the company. The main information for the performance of the tasks was received from the real estate agency of LLC "Monolit Plus." The company received the following information: financial and accounting statements, organizational data. As a result of the analysis of the enterprise we found out its financial condition, efficiency of use of resource potential. On the basis of the obtained data we have drawn up a new development strategy, which allows to improve the activity of the company at the moment and to carry out successful expansion in the near future.
