Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Перспективы и проблемы развития пивоваренной отрасли в России». Данная работа посвящена анализу состояния пивоваренной отрасли в России и мире, в частности оценке эффективности развития и разработки рекомендаций по её повышению. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Анализ текущего состояния пивоваренной отрасли России и мира. 2. Разбор основных показателей анализа пивного рынка России и мира. 3. Проведение анализа методик оценки развития отрасли. 4. Разработка методики для оценки развития пивной отрасли России с учетом иностранного опыта. 5. Разработка рекомендаций по повышению эффективности развития пивоваренной отрасли. Работа проведена на базе ПК «Балтика», где собиралась значительная часть фактического материала: результаты маркетинговых исследований, анализа рынка пива. Были проведены расчеты, показывающие наглядно, каким образом те или иные показатели влияют на эффективность развития отрасли. Анализ проводился методом математического моделирования DEA с помощью программного обеспечения Statista, оснащенного базами данных необходимых параметров. В результате была проведена оценка развития пивоваренной отрасли, проведены математические расчеты. На основании проведенных исследований в отрасли России были выявлены серьезные проблемы разработаны эффективные экономические рекомендации по повышению эффективности развития отрасли в России.

The topic of the final qualifying work: "Prospects and problems of the development of the brewing industry in Russia". This work is devoted to the analysis of the state of the brewing industry in Russia and the world, in particular, the assessment of the effectiveness of development and the development of recommendations for its improvement. The work was carried out on the basis of BC "Baltika", where a significant part of the actual material was collected: the results of marketing research, analysis of the beer market. Calculations were made that clearly show how certain indicators affect the efficiency of the industry development. The analysis was carried out by mathematical modeling DEA using Statista software, equipped with databases of necessary parameters. As a result, the development of the brewing industry was evaluated and mathematical calculations were performed. Based on the research conducted in the Russian industry, serious problems were identified and effective economic recommendations were developed to improve the efficiency of the development of the industry in Russia.
