Тема выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра: «Управление цепями поставок на предприятиях нефтегазового комплекса» Целью работы являлось изучение теоретических основ управления цепями поставок и формирование предложений по повышению эффективности методов управления цепями поставок в компаниях нефтегазовой отрасли. Задачи работы: - рассмотреть теоретические основы управления цепями поставок в компаниях нефтегазовой отрасли; - проанализировать методы управления цепями поставок на примере предприятия ПАО «Газпром нефть»; - проанализировать риски и целесообразность внедрения цифровых технологий в систему управления цепями поставок; - исследовать экономическую эффективность уже внедренных в систему управления цепями поставок цифровых технологий. Работа выполнялось на материалах ПАО «Газпром нефть». Методы: Применялись общенаучные методы исследования: контентный и сравнительный анализ, метод аналогий, дедукция. Основные результаты работы: - исследованы теоретические основы управления цепями поставок в компаниях нефтегазовой отрасли; - изучена структура системы управления цепями поставок ПАО «Газпром нефть»; - сформулированы актуальные комплексные предложения по развитию логистических систем нефтяных компаний, с целью повышения эффективности методов управления цепями поставок; - дан анализ экономического эффекта от внедрения цифровых технологий в логистические системы нефтегазовых компаний. Практическая значимость работы: - сформированы целесообразные предложения связанные с внедрением в логистические системы нефтегазовых компаний новых (в частности, цифровых) методов управления цепями поставок; - доказана экономическая эффективность внедрения цифровых технологий в логистические системы нефтегазовых компаний.

The title of the bachelor graduate qualification work: “Supply chain management in oil and gas enterprises”. The aim of the graduate qualification work is to study the theoretical basis of supply chain management and formulate proposals to improve the effectiveness of supply chain management methods in oil and gas companies. Tasks of the graduate qualification work: - consider the theoretical basis of supply chain management in oil and gas companies; - analyze supply chain management on the example of “Gazprom Neft” PJSC; - analyze risks and advisability of introducing digital technologies into the system of supply chain management. - study the economic effectiveness of the digital technologies that has already been implemented in the system of supply chain management. The graduate qualification work was carried out on the basis of “Gazprom Neft” PJSC. Methods: General scientific research methods were used: content and comparative analysis, analogy method, deduction. The main results of the graduate qualification work: - a research on the theoretical basis of supply chain management in oil and gas companies has been made; - the structure of the system of supply chain management of “Gazprom Neft” PJSC has been studied; - relevant comprehensive proposals for the development of logistics systems of oil companies in order to increase the effectiveness of methods of supply chain management have been formulated; - the economic effect of the implementation of digital technologies into the logistics systems of oil and gas companies has been analyzed. The practical significance of the work: - appropriate proposals related to the implementation of new (in particular, digital) methods of supply chain management into the logistics systems of oil and gas companies have been formed; - the implementation of digital technologies in the logistics systems of oil and gas companies has been proved economically effective.
