Тема выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра: «Разработка мероприятий по улучшению финансового состояния деятельности предприятия». Целью работы является разработка рекомендаций по улучшению финансового состояния деятельности предприятия. Задачи работы: - выбрать методику проведения анализа финансового состояния предприятия; - провести анализ финансового состояния предприятия, выявить основные проблемы; - определить направления улучшения финансового состояния предприятия; - сформировать мероприятия и предложить конкретные управленческие решения для улучшения финансового состояния предприятия. Работа выполнялась на материалах ПАО «Красный Октябрь». Методы: Применялись общенаучные методы исследования: контентный и сравнительный анализ, метод аналогий, а также специфические методы исследования, SWOT-анализ и PEST-анализ. Основные результаты ВКР: - выбрана методика анализа финансового состояния предприятия с учетом специфики его деятельности; - проведен анализ финансового состояния ПАО «Красный Октябрь», выявлены основные проблемы предприятия, в т.ч. недостаточная ликвидность баланса, снижение показателей рентабельности; - определены направления и разработан комплекс мероприятий направленных на достижение финансовой устойчивости, ликвидности и роста рентабельности деятельности предприятия с учетом изменения условий внешней среды. Практическую значимость работы обуславливает возможность использования рекомендаций ПАО «Красный Октябрь».

The title of the bachelor graduate qualification work: «Development of measures to improve the financial condition of the enterprise». The aim of the graduate qualification work is the development of recommendations to improve the financial condition of the company. Tasks of the graduate qualification work: - choose a methodology for analyzing the financial condition of the enterprise; - to analyze the financial condition of the enterprise, identify the main problems; - identify directions for improving the financial condition of the enterprise; - to formulate events and propose specific management decisions to improve the financial condition of the enterprise. The graduate qualification work was carried out on the basis Public Joint-Stock Company «Krasny Oktyabr». Methods: General scientific research methods were used: content and comparative analysis, analogy method, as well as specific research methods, SWOT analysis and PEST analysis. The main results of the graduate qualification work: - the methodology for analyzing the financial condition of the enterprise was selected taking into account the specifics of its activities; - an analysis of the financial condition of PJSC «Krasny Oktyabr» was carried out, the main problems of the enterprise, including insufficient balance sheet liquidity, decrease in profitability indicators; - directions were identified and a set of measures was developed aimed at achieving financial stability, liquidity and increasing the profitability of the enterprise, taking into account changes in environmental conditions. The practical significance of the work determines the possibility of using the recommendations of PJSC «Krasny Oktyabr».
