Данная работа посвящена проведению анализа финансового состояния предприятия торговли и оценке перспектив его развития (на примере ООО «Март»). В процессе исследования были решены следующие задачи. 1. Изучение теоретических аспектов анализа финансового состояния по и выявление современных проблем экономической науки и практики; 2. Оценка финансового состояния, в том числе финансовой устойчивости, ликвидности и платежеспособности, деловой активности ООО «Март»; 3. Разработка финансового плана ООО «Март», в том числе плана доходов и расходов, построение прогнозного баланса и анализ ликвидности и платежеспособности по нему; 4. Оценка перспектив развития ООО «Март». Работа выполнялась в Обществе с ограниченной ответственностью «Март». В ходе работы были рассмотрены документация и отчетности ООО «Март» за 2017-2019 г., а именно: устав и учетная политика организации, бухгалтерский баланс, отчет о финансовых результатах, информационно-правовые материалы систем «Консультант+», «Гарант», справочной системы ГлавБух. В работе использовались экономико-математические, статистические методы, методы вертикального, горизонтального, коэффициентного анализа, графические методы и др. Результатом проделанной работы стали реальная оценка финансового состояния ООО «Март» и оценка перспективы развития данного торгового предприятия с учетом предложенных рекомендаций.

This work is devoted to the analysis of the financial condition of the trade enterprise and the assessment of its development prospects (for example, LLC "March"). During the research, the following tasks were solved. 1. Study of theoretical aspects of software financial condition analysis and identification of modern problems of economic science and practice; 2. Assessment of the financial condition, including financial stability, liquidity and solvency, business activity of LLC " March»; 3. Development of the financial plan of LLC "Mart", including the plan of income and expenses, construction of the forecast balance and analysis of liquidity and solvency for it; 4. Assessment of the development prospects of LLC "March". The work was performed in a limited liability Company "March". During the work, the documentation and reports of LLC "March" for 2017- 2019 were considered, namely: the Charter and accounting policy of the organization, the balance sheet, the report on financial results, information and legal materials of the systems "Consultant+", "Garant", the reference system GlavBukh. The paper uses economic and mathematical, statistical methods, methods of vertical, horizontal, coefficient analysis, graphical methods, etc. The result of this work was a real assessment of the financial condition of LLC "Mart" and an assessment of the prospects for the development of this trade enterprise, taking into account the proposed recommendations.
