Цель работы – обеспечить защиту конфиденциальных документов и персональных данных в СПб ГБУ СОН «Центр социальной помощи семье и детям» путем внедрения системы информационной безопасности. Задачи работы: – изучить деятельность организации СПб ГБУ СОН «Центр социальной помощи семье и детям», выявив узкие места в сфере информационной безопасности; – обосновать необходимость внедрения СИБ; – провести сравнительный анализ систем информационной безопасности и выбрать наиболее подходящую для организации; – описать основные функции элементов СИБ; – разработать план внедрения СИБ. Работа была выполнена на базе СПб ГБУ СОН «Центр социальной помощи семье и детям» на основе материалов отдела приема и консультирования граждан. Использованные методы: анализ, синтез, моделирование, сравнение, измерение, описание. Результаты работы: – дана общая характеристика объекта исследования; – в результате анализа бизнес-процессов организации выявлены узкие места; – подобрана оптимальная система информационной безопасности исходя из потребностей организации и ее финансовых средств; – описаны основные функции элементов системы информационной безопасности; – разработан план внедрения системы информационной безопасности. Практическая значимость работы заключается в том, что внедрение СИБ обеспечит сохранность файлов и данных в «ЦСПСиД» и позволит избежать проблемы, связанные с утечкой информации.

The aim of the work is to analyze the organization “Center for Social Assistance to Family and Children”, a comparative analysis of information security systems and the implementation of the most suitable ISS facility. Objectives: – to give a general description of the activities of “Center for Social Assistance to the Family and Children”; – to identify bottlenecks in business processes; – to select the optimal information security system for the organization; – to describe the main functions of the ISS elements; – to develop an implementation plan for the ISS. The work was carried out on the basis of the St. Petersburg State Institution “Center for Social Assistance to the Family and Children”, the main activity of which is to support families in difficult situations, underage children, children without parental care, underage mothers with babies and others people recognized as needing social services. Methods used: analysis, synthesis, modeling, comparison, measurement, description. Work results: – the general characteristic of the object of study is given; – as a result of the analysis of the organization's business processes, bottlenecks were identified; – the optimal information security system was selected based on the needs of the organization and its financial resources; – the basic functions of elements of an information security system were described an information security system implementation plan has been developed; – an information security system implementation plan has been developed. The practical significance of the work lies in the fact that the implementation of ISS will ensure the safety of files and data in the organization “Center for Social Assistance to the Family and Children”, and also will avoid future problems associated with information leakage.
