Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Девелопмент на рынке коммерческой недвижимости Санкт-Петербурга». Данная работа посвящена разработке девелоперского проекта мини-завода по утилизации промышленных отходов для исследуемого предприятия. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Изучить теоретические аспекты девелопмента коммерческой недвижимости 2. Провести анализ предприятия ООО «Эресайкл» и выявить недостатки 3. Выявить предпосылки для создания девелоперского проекта 4. Разработать девелоперского проекта для исследуемой компании Работа была проведена на базе ООО «Эресайкл», где собралась значительная часть фактического материала: отчетность компании, основные нормативно-правовые акты, регулирующие деятельность компании. Был проведен анализ рынка складской и промышленной недвижимости в Санкт-Петербурге, а также анализ платежеспособности предприятия ООО «Эресайкл». Выявлены недостатки компании и предпосылки для разработки девелоперского проекта. В результате был разработан девелоперский проект, сформирована команда проекта, посчитаны общие затраты на проект и определено экологическое воздействие от мини-завода по утилизации промышленных отходов, также спрогнозировано дальнейшее развитие проекта.

The shortcomings of the company and the prerequisites for the development of a development project are identified. As a result, a development project was developed, a project team was formed, the total costs of the project were calculated and the environmental impact of the mini-plant for the disposal of industrial waste was determined, and further development of the project was predicted.
