Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Государственное регулирование рынка ценных бумаг: проблемы и пути их решения». Объектом представленной квалификационной работы является рынок ценных бумаг, предметом - процесс развития государственного регулирования рынка ценных бумаг в Китае и его перспективы. Данная работа посвящена анализу перспектив развития рынка ценных бумаг в Китае. Решены задачи: – рассмотрено нормативное регулирование рынка ценных бумаг; – оценено современное состояние рынка ценных бумаг; – описана модель рынка ценных бумаг в КНР и ее особенности; – рассмотрен инструментальный ряд рынка ценных бумаг; – рассмотрены эмитентов на рынке ценных бумаг; – проведен обзор основных участников рынка ценных бумаг – раскрыты проблемы регулирования рынка ценных бумаг в КНР на современном этапе; – оценены перспективы развития рынка ценных бумаг в КНР, а также его влияние на мировой рынок ценных бумаг. На основе изучения современной структуры рынка ценных бумаг и его законодательного регулирования, анализа инструментального ряда и участников рынка ценных бумаг в КНР определены основные проблемы регулирования фондового рынка, предложены меры по устранению этих проблем, а также проведена оценка влияния мирового рынка ценных бумаг, перспектив развития рынка ценных бумаг Китая.

Theme of the final qualification work: « State regulation of the securities market: problems and ways to solve them». The object of the presented qualification work is the securities market, the subject is the process of development of state regulation of the securities market in China and its prospects. This work is devoted to the analysis of prospects for the securities market development in China. Tasks are solved: – regulatory regulation of the securities market is considered; – the current state of the securities market is assessed; – the model of the securities market in the PRC and its features are described; – the instrumental row of the securities market is considered; – issuers on the securities market are considered; – the main participants of the securities market were reviewed – problems of regulation of the securities market in the PRC at the present stage are revealed; – the prospects of development of the securities market in the PRC, as well as its impact on the world securities market were evaluated. On the basis of the study of the modern structure of the securities market and its legislative regulation, analysis of the instrumental range and participants of the securities market in China, the main problems of regulation of the stock market were identified, measures to eliminate these problems were proposed, and the impact of the world securities market and prospects for the development of the Chinese securities market was assessed.
