Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является обоснование экономической эффективности внедрения зарплатного проекта с использованием пластиковых карт (на примере ПАО «Банк ВТБ»). Данная работа посвящена анализу внедрения инвестиционного проекта - зарплатного проекта. Для решения поставленной цели были определены следующие цели: 1. Рассмотреть основы осуществления банковских операций, платежные системы и классификацию банковских карт. 2. Изучить методы анализа инвестиционной деятельности. 3. Рассмотреть общую характеристику деятельности ПАО «Банк ВТБ». 4. Провести анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности банка. 5. Обосновать экономическую эффективность внедрения зарплатного проекта. Работа была проведена на основе деятельности ПАО «Банк ВТБ», где собиралась основная часть информации для проведения оценки эффективности внедрения зарплатного проекта в организацию ООО «АЛРОСА-Охрана». Анализ инвестиционного проекта был проведен с помощью расчетов чистой приведенной стоимости. Также в рамках работы был проведен анализ финансово-хозяйственной деятельности банка для определения состояния финансового положения и возможности внедрения нового инвестиционного проекта. В результате был проведен сбор информации о состоянии платёжной системы в России, определена методология оценки эффективности, рассмотрена структура организации ПАО «Банк ВТБ», проведен краткий анализ деятельности. В конечном итоге был проведен инвестиционный анализ внедрения зарплатного проекта с учетом первоначальных вложений и последующих расходов и доходов. На основе проведенного анализа принято решение о внедрении проекта.

The purpose of the bachelor thesis is to prove the economic efficiency of the implementation of the salary project using plastic cards (on example, PJSC VTB Bank). This thesis provides the analysis of the implementation of the investment project a.k.a. salary project. To achieve this goal, the following goals were identified: 1. Consider the basics of banking operations, payment systems and classification of bank cards. 2. To study methods of investment activity’s analysis. 3. Consider general information about the activities of VTB Bank PJSC. 4. To analyze the financial and economic activities of the bank. 5. Prove the economic efficiency of the implementation of the salary project. The work was carried out based on the activities of VTB Bank PJSC, where most of the information was collected to assess the effectiveness of the implementation of the salary project in the LLC ALROSA-Okhrana. Analysis of the investment project was carried out using net present value calculations. Also, as part of the work, an analysis of the financial and economic activities of the bank was carried out to determine the financial state of company and the possibility of introducing a new investment project. As a result of thesis, the information about the condition of the payment system in Russia was collected as well as a methodology for assessing effectiveness. The structure of the organization of VTB Bank PJSC and brief analysis of activities were reviewed. Ultimately, an investment analysis of the implementation of the salary project was carried out considering initial investments and subsequent costs and incomes. Based on the analysis, the implementation of project is effective for the bank and company.
