Данная работа посвящена разработке рекомендаций по совершенствованию торгового и технологического процессов распределительного центра ООО «Реал». В процессе исследования были решены следующие задачи. 1. проанализировано организационно-правовое положение распределительного центра ООО «Реал»; 2. проведен маркетинговый анализ внешней и внутренней среды, дана оценка конкурентоспособности распределительного центра ООО «Реал»; 3. дана оценка экономического состояния распределительного центра ООО «Реал»; 4. проанализированы торговый и технологический процессы распределительного центра ООО «Реал»; 5. разработаны рекомендации по совершенствованию торгового и технологического процессов распределительного центра ООО «Реал»; 6. обоснована экономическая эффективность разработанных рекомендаций. Результатом работы стала разработка комплекса мероприятий для ООО «Реал» на основе автоматизации технологического и торгового процессов и бонусной системы, предложенных к внедрению, экономическая эффективность которых обоснована и способствует увеличению товарооборота в планируемом периоде на 30%.

This work is devoted to the development of recommendations for improving the trading and technological processes of the distribution center of OOO Real. In the process of research, the following tasks were solved: 1. analyzed the legal status of the distribution center of LLC ―Real‖; 2. conducted marketing analysis of the external and internal environment, assessed the competitiveness of the distribution center of OOO Real; 3. The assessment of the economic condition of the distribution center of LLC ―Real‖; 4. Analyzed the trading and technological processes of the distribution center of OOO Real; 5. Developed recommendations for improving the trading and technological processes of the distribution center of Real LLC; 6. substantiated the economic efficiency of the developed recommendations. The result of the work was the development of a set of measures for LLC ―Real‖ based on the automation of technological and trading processes and the bonus system proposed for implementation, the economic efficiency of which is justified and contributes to an increase in turnover in the planning period by 30%..
