Данная работа посвящена исследованию технологии продажи товаров, его приема и размещения на складе торгового предприятия. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: - прогнозировать направления деятельности предприятия; - проанализировать маркетинговую среду магазина; - проанализировать экономические показатели магазина; - проанализировать технологические процессы магазина; - проанализировать торговый процесс магазина; - определить направления улучшения торговотехнологических процессов магазина и определить их экономическую целесообразность. Работа проведена на базе ООО «Алькор и Ко», где собиралась значительная часть фактического материала: бухгалтерская отчетность, сопроводительная документация по приему товара. Теоретико-методологическую основу исследования составляют фундаментальные положения и разработки, представленные в трудах и исследованиях классиков менеджмента, ведущих зарубежных и отечественных ученых, посвятивших свои работы вопросам организации и совершенствования торговотехнологических процессов на предприятиях торговли. В результате был проанализирован торгово-технологический процесс ООО «Алькор и Ко» - магазин «Л’Этуаль». На основании приведенных данных были разработаны направления устранения проблем торгово-технологического процесса ООО «Алькор и Ко» - магазин «Л’Этуаль».

This work is devoted to the study of the technology of selling goods, its reception and placement in the warehouse of a commercial enterprise. Tasks that were solved during the research: - forecast the company's activities; to analyse the marketing environment of the store; - to analyze the economic performance of the store; - analyze the store's technological processes; - analyze the store's trading process; - determine the ways to improve the store's trade and technological processes and determine their economic feasibility. The work was carried out on the basis of LLC "Alkor & Co", where a significant part of the actual material was collected: accounting statements, accompanying documentation for the receipt of goods. The theoretical and methodological basis of the research consists of fundamental provisions and developments presented in the works and research of management classics, leading foreign and domestic scientists who have devoted their work to the organization and improvement of trade and technological processes at trade enterprises. As a result, the trade and technological process of Alcor & Co. LLC-l'etoile store was analyzed. Based on these data was developed in the direction of resolve the issues of trading-technological process of LLC "Alkor and To" store "L'etoile".
