Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Разработка и внедрение корпоративной системы учета заявок». Данная работа посвящена исследованию предприятия ООО «МЕДО», в частности проблемы с исполнением заявок на нем и разработке системы учета заявок. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Изучение способов классификации задач и методов управления ими. 2. Анализ предприятия ООО «МЕДО». 3. Определение проблем на предприятии, связанных с исполнением заявок. 4. Определение требований к внедряемой системе. 5. Анализ существующих на рынке решений. 6. Разработка информационной системы учета заявок. 7. Оценка экономического эффекта после внедрения. Работа проведена на предприятии ООО «МЕДО», где собирались сведения о предприятии. Был проведен анализ, показывающий какие именно проблемы удастся избежать с помощью внедрения системы управления заявками. Были составлены требования к внедряемой системе. Далее был проведён анализ решений, представленных на рынке на соответствие этим требованиям. В результате анализа было выяснено, что ни одно из отобранных решений не подходило по всем требованиям и было принято решение о разработке собственной системы. В ходе разработки была составлена модель в нотации Archimate, наглядно показывающая работу системы. После чего был определен предполагаемый экономический эффект, который последует за внедрением.

The subject of the graduate qualification work is "Corporate request accounting system development and implementation." This work is devoted to the study of the enterprise LLC “MEDO”, in particular, problems with the execution of requests on it and the development of a system for requests accounting. Tasks that were solved during the study: 1. The study of methods for classifying tasks and methods for managing them. 2. Analysis of the company LLC “MEDO” 3. Identification of problems in the enterprise related to the execution of requests. 4. Definition of requirements for the implementable system. 5. Analysis of existing market solutions. 6. Development of an information system for requests accounting. 7. Evaluation of the economic effect after implementation. The work was fulfilled at the enterprise MEDO LLC, where information about the enterprise was collected. An analysis was carried out showing exactly what problems could be avoided by implementing the application management system. Requirements for the implemented system were drawn up. Next, an analysis of the solutions presented on the market for compliance with these requirements was carried out. As a result of the analysis, it was found that none of the selected solutions suited all the requirements and a decision was made to develop their own system. During development, a model was compiled in the Archimate notation, which clearly shows the operation of the system. After that, the estimated economic effect that follows the implementation was determined.
