Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Управление расходами производственного предприятия на примере Филиала АО «Концерн Росэнергоатом» «Ленинградская атомная станция». Данная работа посвящена анализу управления расходами. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Изучение особенностей планирования, управления и анализа расходов Филиала АО «Концерн Росэнергоатом» «Ленинградская атомная станция». 2. Анализ расходов Филиала АО «Концерн Росэнергоатом» «Ленинградская атомная станция». 3. Разработка рекомендаций по совершенствованию планирования, анализа и управления расходами Филиала АО «Концерн Росэнергоатом» «Ленинградская атомная станция». Работа проведена на предприятии - Филиал АО «Концерн Росэнергоатом» «Ленинградская атомная станция», где собиралась значительная часть фактического материала. Были проведены расчеты, показывающие наглядно, каким образом происходит планирование, управление и анализ расходов. Анализ проводился методом сравнения. В результате была проанализирована динамика расходов. На основании проведенного анализа было принято решение о сокращении расходов.
The subject of the graduate qualification work is «Manadgement of production plant expenses on the example of Rosenergoatom, Joint-Stock Company (REA JSC) Affiliate Leningrad Nuclear Power Plant (LNPP). The given work is devoted of analysis of cost management. The research set the following goals: 1. Studying features of planning, manadgement and analysis of cost Rosenergoatom, Joint-Stock Company (REA JSC) Affiliate Leningrad Nuclear Power Plant (LNPP). 2. Analysis of expenses Rosenergoatom, Joint-Stock Company (REA JSC) Affiliate Leningrad Nuclear Power Plant (LNPP). 3. Develop recommendations to improve planning, management and analysis of expenses Rosenergoatom, Joint-Stock Company (REA JSC) Affiliate Leningrad Nuclear Power Plant (LNPP). The work was fulfilled in the territory of Rosenergoatom, JointStock Company (REA JSC) Affiliate Leningrad Nuclear Power Plant (LNPP), which included collection of factual materials. The calculations, made during the research, show how planning, management and analysis of cost is. The analysis was performed by comparison. The study resulted into analysis of expense dynamics. The outcome of the research at Rosenergoatom, Joint-Stock Company (REA JSC) Affiliate Leningrad Nuclear Power Plant (LNPP) was a decision to reduce costs.
