Целью работы является оценка эффекта от использования новой скоростной трассы М-11 по маршруту Москва-Санкт-Петербург. Задачи работы: проанализировать деятельность организации ООО «Бордервей»; изучить платные дороги; разработать несколько маршрутов, рассчитать затраты, сравнить трассы. Работа выполнялась на материалах ООО «Бордервей» Методы: Применялись общенаучные методы исследования: контентный и сравнительный анализ, метод аналогий, а также специфические методы исследования: экспертное оценивание, сбор и обработка данных, методы оценки эффективности проектов. Основные результаты ВКР: изучены основные вопросы транспортной логистики, по разработке маршрутов перевозок; проведен анализ технико-экономических показателей компании «Бордервей»; разработаны маршруты для доставки груза, были подсчитаны затраты; предложен оптимальный маршрут доставки по маршруту. Практическая значимость работы возможность междугородней доставки груза компанией «Бордервей».

The aim of the graduate qualification work is development of a delivery route for equipment. LLC Borderway Tasks of the graduate qualification work: consider the object of study, the nature of the organization, the nature of its activities, the management structure of the company, to analyze the activities; to study the main issues of transport logistics related to the development of transportation routes; develop recommendations for the preparation of the route for the delivery of the selected cargo. The graduate qualification work was carried out on the basis LLC Borderway. Methods: General scientific research methods were used: content and comparative analysis, the method of analogies, as well as specific research methods: expert evaluation, data collection and processing, methods for evaluating the effectiveness of projects. The main results of the graduate qualification work: studied the main issues of transport logistics for the development of transportation routes; the analysis of technical and economic indicators of LLC Borderway; developed recommendations for the preparation of the route for the delivery of the selected cargo; proposed the optimal delivery route along the route. The practical significance of the work is the ability to deliver equipment to the field, LLC Borderway.
