Цель данной работы – обеспечить ИТ-поддержку совместной деятельности сотрудников ООО «СПК Юбилейный» путем внедрения корпоративного портала. Представлен анализ деятельности компании, выявленные проблемы, связанные с организацией совместной работы. Обоснована необходимость внедрения корпоративного портала. Проанализирован рынок портальных решений, среди которых выбрано наиболее подходящее. Портал развернут и настроен в соответствии со сформированными требованиями.
The goal of this work is to provide IT support for the joint activities of the employees of APC Yubileiny LLC by implementing an enterprise portal. The analysis of the company’s activities, the identified problems associated with the organization of joint work were presented. The necessity of implementing an enterprise portal was substantiated. The market of portal solutions is analyzed, among which the most suitable one was selected. The portal was deployed and configured in accordance with the established requirements.
