Данная работа посвящена исследованию RFID-технологии и разработки предложений по ее внедрению на складе. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: описание основных проблем эффективного функционирования склада; изучение преимуществ и недостатков работы RFID-технологии; разработка предложений по внедрению RFID-технологии; оценка эффективности предложенных мероприятий. Работа проведена на базе ООО «Икеа Дом», где собиралась значительная часть фактического материала: принципы работы складов компании, описание логистических процессов. Было приведено описание работы системы идентификации товаров с помощью штрихкодов. В результате была проанализирована существующая технология штрихкодовой идентификации товаров на предприятии, выявлены основные недостатки данной технологии. Было предложено заменить существующую технологию на RFID-технологию; разработаны рекомендации по внедрению новой технологии. Была проведена оценка эффективности технологии. На основе приведенных исследований, определилась возможность реализации внедрения технологии в ООО «Икеа Дом».

This work is devoted to the study of the RFID-technology and the development of proposals for its implementation in the warehouse. The research set the following goals: description of the main problems of the effective functioning of the warehouse; the study of the advantages and disadvantages of the RFID-technology; development of proposals for the introduction of the RFID-technology; evaluation of the effectiveness of the proposed activities. The work was fulfilled on the premises of LLC “Ikea Dom”, which included collection of factual materials, i.e. the principles of the company's warehouses, a description of the logistics processes. A description was given of the operation of the product identification system using barcodes. The study resulted into analysis of the technology of barcode identification of goods, the main disadvantages of this technology were identified. It was proposed to replace the existing technology with the RFID-technology; recommendations were developed on the introduction of a new technology. An assessment of the effectiveness of the technology was carried out. Based on the above studies, the possibility of implementing the implementation of technology in Ikea House LLC was determined.
