Тема выпускной квалификационной работы «Цилиндр высокого давления паровой турбины мощностью 800 МВт с начальным давлением пара 240 бар» – проектирование цилиндра высокого давления и его основных элементов, основываясь на установку ЛМЗ К-800-240. В работе изложены следующие проектировочные расчеты: - расчет тепловой схемы турбоагрегата; - газодинамический расчет проточной части цилиндра высокого давления; - расчет закрутки потока последней ступени; - прочностной расчет рабочей лопатки, хвостовика, диска и ротора. При расчетах использовались такие программные пакеты, как OPTI, SolidWorks 2019, Компас-3D, Mathcad 15, WaterSteamPro, Ansys Workbench. Для расчета некоторых массивов данных и построения диаграмм использовался Microsoft Excel, Mathcad, Python. Методика расчета выполнена с использованием учебных пособиям Лапшина К.Л., Костюка А.Г., Щегляева А.В., и др [2, 7, 8, 9, 15, 18, 24]. В работе описана и проиллюстрирована конструкция прототипа турбины с основными элементами – корпусом и ротором цилиндра высокого давления, подшипниками и уплотнениями, рабочим колесом и направляющим аппаратом. В результате проведенных проектировочных расчетов была получена геометрия проточной части, построена твердотельная модель лопатки последней ступени и диска, определены материалы после прочностного расчета, ротор и рабочая лопатка проверены на вибронадежность с помощью вибродиаграмм.

Strength calculations of the constructed cylinder elements were performed: the static strength of the working blade and disk, vibration diagrams of the blade and rotor were built.
