Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Проблемы межкультурной аккультурации и адаптации». Данная работа посвящена исследованию межкультурной адаптации и аккультурации иностранных студентов Санкт-Петербургского политехнического университета Петра Великого. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Изучение теоретической литературы по проблематики межкультурной адаптации и аккультурации; 2. Определение понятий «межкультурная адаптация», «аккультурация»; 3. Изучение стратегий и стадий процесса межкультурной аккультурации; 4. Рассмотрение понятия «культурный шок» и стадии его развития; 5. Анализ процесса адаптации иностранных студентов на всех фазах культурного шока на основе проведенного анкетирования; 6. Вывод об исследовании проблем, с которыми сталкивается иностранный студент в процессе адаптации в новой социокультурной среде. Исследование проведено на базе анкетирования, составленного на основе работы К. Оберга [26] и исследованиям М. И. Ивановой [2], среди иностранных студентов СПбПУ. В опросе используется комплексный метод анализа и статистический анализ. Данная анкета определяет задачу исследования – выявить и описать реальный круг проблем, с которыми сталкиваютсяиностранные студенты, обучающиеся в СПбПУ, и определить их влияние на адаптацию студентов к образовательному процессу ВУЗа. В результате был проанализирован процесс адаптации иностранных студентов на всех фазах культурного шока. Проведенное исследование позволяет сделать вывод о том, что подавляющее большинство опрашиваемых иностранных студентов СПбПУ успешно прошли процесс адаптации и позитивно воспринимают страну и город обучения.

The subject of the graduate qualification work is “Problems of intercultural acculturation and adaptation”. The given work is devoted to the study of intercultural adaptation and acculturation of foreign students of Peter the Great Saint Petersburg Polytechnic University. The research set the following goals: 1. Study of theoretical literature on the problems of intercultural adaptation and acculturation; 2. Definition of the concepts "intercultural adaptation", ‘acculturation»; 3. Study of strategies and stages of the process of intercultural acculturation; 4. Detection of the concept of "culture shock" and the stage of its development; 5. Analysis of the process of adaptation of foreign students in all phases of cultural shock based on the survey; 6. Conclusion about the study of problems faced by a foreign student in the process of adaptation in a new socio-cultural environment. The study was conducted on the basis of a questionnaire based on the works of K. Oberg [26] and M. I. Ivanova [2] among foreign students of SPbPU. The survey uses a comprehensive analysis method and statistical analysis. This questionnaire defines the goals of the research, to identify and describe the real range of problems faced by foreign students studying at SPbPU, and to determine their impact on the adaptation of students to the educational process of the University. The study resulted into analysis of the process of adaptation of foreign students at all stages of cultural shock. The outcome of the research is that the vast majority of the surveyed foreign students of SPbPU have successfully passed the adaptation process and positively perceive the country and the city of study.
