Данная работа посвящена исследованию возможности создания линейного парка вдоль Капральева ручья, и разработке планировочных решений обозначенной территории. По результатам градостроительного анализа участка, исследования опыта развития аналогичных территорий в других городах РФ и странах, оценки перспектив развития г. Мурино было принято решение о создании на исследуемой территории креативно-рекреационного комплекса. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Изучение градостроительного статуса территории. 2. Создание концепции развития территории и подхода к планировочному решению. 3. Разработка информационной модели проекта и подсчет затрат на осуществление проекта. 4. Разработка рекомендаций по выполнению проекта. Построение 3D-модели выполнялось с помощью программного продукта Autodesk InfaWorks, оснащенного необходимыми техническими возможностями.

The given work is devoted to research of possibility of creation of linear park along the Kapralev brook, and development of planning decisions of the designated territory. Based on the results of the urban planning analysis of the site, study of the experience of development of similar territories in other cities of the Russian Federation and countries, assessment of the Murino development prospects, a decision was made to create a creative and recreational complex on the investigated territory. Tasks that were solved in the course of the research: 1. Study of the urban planning status of the territory. 2. Creation of the concept of the territory development and approach to the planning decision. 3. Development of the information model of the project and calculation of costs for project implementation. 4. Development of recommendations for project implementation. Building of 3D-model was carried out by means of software product Autodesk InfaWorks equipped with necessary technical possibilities.
