Объект исследования – организационная структура управления в системе менеджмента предприятий на примере ООО «ДольчеВита». Целью работы является исследование видов организационных структур, и характеристик мероприятий по улучшению организации. Задачи выпускной квалификационной работы: 1. Обоснование теоретических положений; 2. Разработка направлений совершенствования организационных структур управления предприятием на основе диагностики с учетом индивидуальных особенностей предприятия; 3. Подготовка практических рекомендаций по формированию организационно–экономического механизма управления и повышения эффективности организационной структуры промышленного предприятия. В первой главе работы изучено понятие организационной структуры управления, типы организационных структур управления; Во второй главе работы дана общая характеристика и анализ деятельности организации ООО «ДольчеВита»; проведен анализ внутренней среды организации ООО «ДольчеВита»; проведен анализ внешней среды; проведен SWOT – анализ. В третьей главе работы проведена разработка нескольких вариантов изменения организационной структуры; выполнен расчет экономической эффективности предлагаемых мероприятий. В результате всех перечисленных анализов был сделан вывод, что для улучшения положения в фирме, а также повышения продаж, необходимо разработать следующие решения: Нанять необходимый персонал, купить CRM систему и взять в штат ИТ - специалиста; Нанять необходимый персонал, арендовать CRM систему и взять в штат ИТ - специалиста; Нанять необходимый персонал, купить CRM систему и взять ИТ - специалиста на аутсорсинг). Из всех предложенных вариантов, нанять необходимый персонал, арендовать CRM систему и взять в штат ИТ - специалиста оказалось самыми эффективным.

The aim of the works is to study the types of organizational structures and the characteristics of measures to improve the organization. Tasks of final qualification work: 1. In the first chapter of the work, the concept of the organizational structure of management is studied, the types of organizational structures of management; types of effectively functioning organizational structures are considered; The second chapter of the work gives a general description and analysis of the activities of the organization LLC DolceVita; the analysis of the internal environment of the organization LLC DolceVita; analysis of the environment; SWOT analysis performed. In the third chapter of the work, several options for changing the organizational structure were developed; Calculation of the economic efficiency of the proposed activities. As the result of all these analyses, it was concluded that in order to improve the position in the company, as well as increase sales, it is necessary to develop the following solutions: Hire the necessary staff, buy CRM system and hire an IT – specialist; Hire the necessary staff, rent a CRM system and hire an IT – specialist; Hire the necessary staff, buy CRM system and hire an IT – specialist for outsourcing.
