В ходе работы был проведен анализ схем калибровки генераторов, управляемых напряжением, с замкнутой и разомкнутой цепью обратной связи петли ФАПЧ. Схемы с замкнутой цепь обратной связи строятся на основе аналоговых блоков, обеспечивают высокую разрешающую способность, но время калибровки составляет единицы миллисекунд.
The given work is devoted to the analysis of the calibration schemes of voltage controlled oscillators with a closed and open feedback loop of the PLL. Closed-loop PLL calibration techniques are based on analog circuits, provide high resolution, but the calibration time is a few milliseconds.
