Целью выпускной работы является анализ целесообразности и оценка экономической эффективности реализации инвестиционного проекта по модернизации фрезерного оборудования на базе военного машиностроительного завода. На базе анализа производственного процесса были выявлены основные этапы реализации модернизационной деятельности и возможные источники финансирования. Были разработаны меры для привлечения к деятельности по модернизации фрезерного оборудования и процессу коммерциализации результатов деятельности высококвалифицированных кадров, выявлены основные конкурентные преимущества организации модернизации фрезерного цеха на базе предприятия. Сделан прогноз выручки и затрат от реализации инвестиционного проекта. Рассчитана ставка дисконтирования, чистая приведенная стоимость проекта, внутренняя норма доходности и срок окупаемости проекта, проведен анализ рисков при реалистичном, оптимистичном и пессимистичном сценариях. Реализация проекта приведет к коммерциализации имеющихся инновационных разработок, планируемых к выпуску, стимулированию развития дальнейшей научной работы в области машиностроения, повышению конкурентоспособности.

The purpose of the final work is to analyze the feasibility and evaluate the economic efficiency of implementing an investment project to modernize milling equipment based on a military machine-building plant. Based on the analysis of the production process, the main stag-es of implementation of modernization activities and possible sources of financing were identified. Measures have been developed to ensure that activities on modernization of milling equipment and process commercialization activities of qualified personnel, identified the main competitive ad-vantage of modernization of the milling plant on the basis of the enter-prise. The forecast of revenue and costs from the implementation of the investment project is made. The discount rate, the net present value of the project, the in-ternal rate of return and the payback period of the project were calcu-lated. the risk analysis was carried out under realistic, optimistic and pessimistic scenarios. The implementation of the project will lead to the commercial-ization of existing innovative developments planned for release, stimu-late the development of further scientific work in the field of machine building, and increase competitiveness.
