Темой ВКР является “Конституционный суд Российской Федерации в системе судебной власти”. Данная работа посвящена исследованию Конституционного суда Российской Федерации в системе судебной власти. Методологическую основу работы составили: историко-правовой анализ, диалектический метод, метод анализа и синтеза, сравнительный, оценочный и наблюдательный методы, изучение законодательной базы. В ходе написания ВКР, были выявлены проблемы, к примеру, проблемы соотношения понятий конституционный контроль и надзор, отсутствие единой точки зрения по определению места и роли Конституционного суда и т.д. Были подробно рассмотрены структура и организация работы данного суда. Также были рассмотрены особенности статуса судей Конституционного суда, а также моменты, связанные с особым мнением судьи при возникновении различных спорных ситуаций, связанных с решениями данного суда. Рассмотрены особые положения решений Конституционного суда, выделение особенностей данных решений. Было установлено, что деятельность Конституционного суда имеет серьезное влияние на развитие современной науки конституционного права, распространение регулирующего влияния конституционных норм, а также институтов на различные общественные отношения и также отрасли права. Конституционный суд занимает особое место в судебной системе страны.

The subject of the study of this work is the study of the Constitutional Court of the Russia in the system of judicial power. The topic of the WCR is “The Constitutional Court of Russia in the system of judicial power”. This work is devoted to a study of the Constitutional Court of the Russia in the system of judicial power. The methodological basis of work was made: historical and legal analysis, dialectic method, method of the analysis and synthesis, comparative, estimated and observation methods, studying of the legislative base. During the writing of the WCR, problems of the relationship between the concepts of constitutional control and supervision, the absence of a unified view on the determination of the place and role of the Constitutional Court, etc. The structure and organization of work of the Court were examined in detail. The peculiarities of the status of judges of the Constitutional Court were also considered, as well as the points related to the special opinion of the judge in case of various disputes related to the decisions of this Court. The special provisions of decisions of the Constitutional Court and the identification of the peculiarities of these decisions were considered. It was established that the activities of the Constitutional Court have a serious influence on the development of modern science of constitutional law, the extension of the regulatory influence of constitutional norms, as well as institutions on various social relations and also branches of law. The Constitutional Court has a special place in the judicial system of the country.
