Данная работа посвящена численному моделированию краш-теста автобуса, анализу полученных результатов и оптимизации модели. Задачи, которые решались в данной работе: 1.Рассмотрена актуальность проведения краш-тестов для транспортных средств. 2.Подготовлена модель автобуса к расчету и проведен первичный краш-тест. 3.Подготовлена модель автобуса и модель манекена к краш-тесту. 4. Проведен расчет, сняты и проанализированы результаты расчета. 5.По итогам краш-теста автобуса с пассажиром оптимизирована модель. 6.Проведен расчет оптимизированной модели, сняты результаты и проведено сравнение двух конструкций. Были изучены программа пре-процессинга ANSA и программа пост-процессинга META. Изучены процесс подготовки модели к расчету на краш-тест и возможность изменения конструкции.
The title of the qualification work: “Numerical simulation of a bus crash test”. This work is devoted to numerical simulation of a bus crash test, analysis of the results and optimization of the model. Tasks that have been solved in this work: 1. The relevance of crash tests for vehicles. 2. The bus model has been prepared for computation analysis and an initial crash test has been conducted. 3. The model of the bus and a model of a mannequin have been prepared for a crash test. 4. The computation has been carried out, the results have been analyzed. 5. The model has been optimized based on the results of a crashtest of a bus with a passenger. 6. The computation of the optimized model has been carried out, the results have been taken and two constructions have been compared. The ANSA pre-processing software and META post-processing software have been studied. The process of preparing the model for the computation of crash tests and the possibility of changing the construction have been studied.
