В данной работе показано исследование положения Испании в диалоге между Европейским Союзом и странами Латинской Америки. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Составить общую характеристику основных участников межрегиональных отношений на современном этапе; 2. Проследить за изменениями во взаимоотношениях Европейского Союза и стран Латинской Америки; 3. Выделить позицию и действия Испании в построении конструктивного диалога; 4. Проанализировать прошедшие саммиты ЕС – ЛАКБ, выявить продуктивные решения и разногласия. Работа была проведена по материалам, преимущественно испаноязычным, находящимся в общем доступе. Также были использованы работы отечественных авторов и декларации межрегиональных саммитов. В работе дана общая характеристика всех участников. Проведен анализ внешнеполитического курса Испании, Европейского Союза и латиноамериканского региона в целом. Помимо положительных итогов взаимоотношений двух регионов, показаны и негативные инциденты. Помимо этого были рассмотрены планы дальнейшего развития межрегионального политического диалога, экономических инициатив и социальной помощи.

This work shows the study of Spain's position in the dialogue between the European Union and Latin American countries. Tasks that were solved in the course of the study: 1. Make a General description of the main participants in interregional relations at the present stage; 2. Monitor changes in relations between the European Union and Latin American countries; 3. Highlight Spain's position and actions in building a constructive dialogue; 4. Analyze past summits EU – LAC, to identify productive solutions and the differences. The work was based on materials, mostly in Spanish, that are in the public domain. The works of domestic authors and declarations of interregional summits were also used. The paper provides a General description of all participants. The analysis of the foreign policy of Spain, the European Union and the Latin American region as a whole is carried out. In addition to the positive results of relations between the two regions, negative incidents are also shown. In addition, plans for further development of inter-regional political dialogue, economic initiatives and social assistance were considered.
