Работа посвящена разработке эффективного алгоритма внедрения автоматизации в строительную компанию. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Выполнить сравнительный анализ и обзор уже существующих программных комплексов. 2. Проанализировать основные организационно-экономические решения автоматизации: выполнить анализ возможных программных комплексов. 3. Провести анализ современных способов внедрения автоматизации в строительные компании. 4. Произвести анализ нормативных актов, регулирующих проекты внедрения программных продуктов. 5. Выполнить анализ применимости существующих алгоритмов внедрения автоматизации. 6. Выявить основные проблемы проектов внедрения информационных комплексов. 7. Раcсмотреть примеры алгоритмов поэтапного внедрения комплексной автоматизации. 8. Выполнить анализ рассмотренных алгоритмов внедрения программных продуктов. Число компаний, ведущих предпринимательскую деятельность, занимая существенную долю рынка, растет как в РФ, так и в мире. Эти предприятия отличаются развитой организацией, хорошими связями, профессиональными кадрами и т. д. Они объединяют в себе разные юридические лица. Рост числа таких компаний усиливает процессы глобализации экономики в мире. Современные компании это системы со сложной организацией, в которых постоянно меняются и взаимодействуют составляющие части основных ресурсов компании (трудовые, материальные, оборот фонды и т. д.).

The work is devoted to the development of an effective way to implement automation in a construction company. Research objective were solved: 1. Perform a comparative analysis and review of existing software systems. 2. Analyze the main organizational and economic solutions of automation: analyze possible software systems. 3. Analyze modern ways of introducing automation in construction companies. 4. Analyze the regulations governing projects for the implementation of software products. 5. The analysis of the applicability of the existing target areas of the reorganization in the framework of the comprehensive reconstruction of urban industrial areas is made. 6. The main problems of restoration projects of industrial enterprises with the aim of changing their designating purpose are identified. 7. An algorithm of actions is developed when choosing the type of renovation of industrial territories. 8. Economic projects for the restoration of the object were prepared taking account of the developed algorithm, the cost of restoration and adaptation was calculated taking account of two possible directions for changing its purpose. Currently, the process of economic consolidation and globalization is taking place more and more intensively. In the world in general, and in Russia in particular, the number of companies is growing, which is understood as the economic form of combining several legal entities engaged in entrepreneurial activity, which is characterized by large size and a significant share of the occupied market, developed organizational culture, extensive economic ties, the presence of professional managers, etc. Modern enterprises are complex organizational systems, the individual resource components of which (fixed and circulating assets, labor and material resources, etc.) are constantly changing and are in complex interaction with each other.
