Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Совершенствование деятельности специализированого депозитария». Данная работа посвящена анализу деятельности и разработке мероприятий, направленных на совершенствование деятельности специализированного депозитария на примере АО «Специализированный депозитарий «ИНФИНИТУМ». Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: – обзор рынка отечественного и зарубежного опыта функционирования специализированных депозитариев; – проведение анализа финансово-хозяйственной деятельности и конкурентных преимуществ исследуемой компании; – изучение современных тенденций развития рынка коллективных инвестиций в России; – предложение расширения направлений деятельности специализированных депозитариев на российском финансовом рынке – расчёт экономической эффективности реализации проекта «Гибридный офис» на базе исследуемого предприятия. Объектом исследования является АО «Специализированный депозитарий «Инфинитум». Предмет исследования – анализ функционирования и выявление мер по совершенствованию деятельности специализированного депозитария. В работе был использован метод анализа, группировки и сравнения, а также метод относительных разниц и индексный метод. Работа проведена на базе АО «Специализированный депозитарий «ИНФИНИТУМ», где собирались данные для проведения анализа финансово-хозяйственной деятельности и конкурентных преимуществ компании. В работе также обобщен российский и зарубежный опыт функционирования института специализированного депозитария и приведены тенденции дальнейшего развития данного института в России. В соответствии с приведенными новациями предложены пути расширения направлений деятельности компании и выполнен расчет финансовой эффективности перевода деятельности компании в гибридный режим.

The subject of the graduate qualification work is: "Improving the activities of a specialized depository." This work is devoted to the analysis of activities and the development of measures aimed at improving the activities of a specialized depository on the example of JSC "Specialized depository" INFINITUM ". Tasks that were solved during the study: – a brief overview of the collective investment market in Russia; – review of foreign experience of functioning of specialized depositories; – analysis of financial and economic activities and competitive advantages of the company; – study of modern trends in the development of the collective investment market in Russia; – proposal to expand the activities of specialized depositories in the Russian financial market – calculation of the economic efficiency of the implementation of the "Hybrid office" project on the basis of the investigated enterprise. The object of the research is JSC “Specialized Depository“ Infinitum ”. The subject of the research is the analysis of the functioning and identification of measures to improve the activities of a specialized depository. The work used the method of analysis, grouping and comparison, as well as the method of relative differences and the index method. The work was carried out on the basis of JSC "Specialized Depository" INFINITUM ", where data was collected for analysis of financial and economic activities and competitive advantages of the company. The work also summarizes the Russian and foreign experience of the functioning of the institution of a specialized depository and shows the tendencies for the further development of this institution in Russia. In accordance with the above innovations, ways of expanding the directions of the company's activities are proposed and the calculation of the financial efficiency of transferring the company's activities to a hybrid mode is made.
