Тема выпускной квалификационной работы магистра: «Разработка E-commerce проекта для аптечной сети на базе платформы SAP Commerce Cloud». Целью исследования являлось описать проект внедрения SAP Commerce Cloud в ПАО «Аптечная сеть». Исследование выполнялось на базе ПАО «Аптечная сеть». Предмет ВКР бизнес-процессы комплектования заказов в интернет-аптеке. Методы исследования: SWOT-анализ, моделирование бизнес-процессов, оценка экономической эффективности, моделирование этапов реализации проекта. Основные результаты исследования: - описана экономическая эффективность проекта с точки зрения окупаемости, общие итоги внедрения SAP Commerce Cloud; - исследованы бизнес-процессы комплектации заказов в интернет-аптеке, описание хода комплектации с точки зрения ролей в проекте, описание взаимодействия между системами внутри проекта; - выявлены сильных и слабых сторон аптечного учреждения; - исследованы имеющиеся информационные системы на предприятии; - смоделирована TO BE ИТ-модель предприятия. Область применения результатов ВКР в практике фармацевтических компаний при внедрении в их деятельности интернет-продаж. Научной новизной исследования является разработка механизма совершенствования обслуживания клиентов в аптечной сети на основе создания интернет-аптеки. Выводы. В результате были описаны бизнес-процессы интернет-аптеки, особенности ее создания, учитывая сферу фармацевтики. На основании проведенных исследований в ПАО «Аптечная сеть», можно сделать вывод, что в каждом направлении есть место инновациям, и именно они позволяют компаниям выходить на новый уровень и целиком оптимизировать работу внутри компании.

The subject of the graduate qualification work is “Develоpment of an E-commerce project for a pharmacy chain based on the SAP Commerce Cloud platform”. The purpose of the research is was to describe the project of implementation of SAP Commerce Cloud in PJSC "Pharmacy Chain". The study was carried out on the basis of PJSC "Pharmacy Chain". The subject of the thesis business processes of order picking in an online pharmacy. Research methods: SWOT analysis, modeling of business processes, assessment of economic efficiency, modeling of the stages of project implementation. The main results of the study: - describes the economic efficiency of the project in terms of payback, the overall results of the implementation of SAP Commerce Cloud; - investigated the business processes of order picking in an online pharmacy, a description of the picking progress in terms of roles in the project, a description of the interaction between systems within the project; - identified the strengths and weaknesses of the pharmacy; - researched the available information systems at the enterprise; - TO BE modeled IT-model of the enterprise. Scope of results in the practice of pharmaceutical companies when introducing online sales in their activities. The scientific novelty of research is development of a mechanism for improving customer service in the pharmacy network based on the creation of an Internet pharmacy. Conclusions. As a result, the business processes of an Internet pharmacy were described, the features of its creation, considering the pharmaceutical industry. Based on the research carried out at PJSC Pharmacy Chain, we can conclude that there is a place for innovation in each direction, and it is they that allow companies to that there is a place for innovation in each direction, and it is they that allow companies to reach a new level and completely optimize work within the company.
