Целью исследования является вопросы по адаптации логистических систем управления товародвижением в условиях санкций и повышения ее эффективности. Исследование выполнялось на базе предприятия ООО «НПО «МАРГАРОН» товародвижение продукции на территории России. Предмет исследования: система управления товародвижением в условиях санкций, реализация продукции на предприятии ООО «НПО «МАРГАРОН». Методы исследования: Применялись общенаучные методы исследования: анализ эффективности функционирования, экономический и финансовый анализ, метод центр тяжести, метод аналогий, а также необычные методы исследования в частности склада. Основные результаты исследования: -анализ финансовой положения предприятия; -привлечение дополнительного числа автотранспорта, создание единого информационного центра; -узнать через метод центр тяжести наилучшего расположения дополнительного склада готовой продукции. Область применения результатов ВКР применение результатов работы в деятельности компании-объекта и возможности масштабирования решения на предприятии в области пищевой промышленности. Научной новизной исследования является определение дополнительной точки месторасположения склада, исходя из финансов предприятия для лучшего передвижения продукции с меньшими затратами. Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов. Полученные результаты обладают признаками научной новины. Обоснованы перспективы и направления дальнейшего исследования.

The title of the master graduate qualification work: “Adaptation of logistics systems for managing goods in the conditions of sanctions (for example, LLC “NPO“ MARGARON”)”. The aim of the study is the issues of adaptation of logistics systems for managing goods movement in the context of sanctions and increasing its efficiency. The study was carried out on the basis of the enterprise OOO NPO MARGARON, the distribution of goods in Russia. Subject of research: the system of commodity circulation management in the conditions of sanctions, the sale of products at the LLC NPO MARGARON. Research methods: We used general scientific research methods: analysis of the efficiency of functioning, economic and financial analysis, the method of center of gravity, the method of analogies, as well as unusual research methods in particular the warehouse. The main results of the study: -analysis of the financial situation of the enterprise; -attracting an additional number of vehicles, creating a single information center; -to find out, through the center of gravity method, the best location of the additional warehouse for finished products. Application field: (application of the results of work in the activities of the object company and the possibility of scaling solutions at the enterprise in the food industry). The scientific novelty of the study is the determination of an additional point for the location of the warehouse, based on the finances of the enterprise for a better movement of products at lower costs. Conclusions: The tasks of the thesis are solved, the goal is achieved, and the scope of application of the results is determined. The results obtained show signs of scientific novelty. The directions of further research are defined.
