Тема выпускной квалификационной работы магистра: «Повышение эффективности деятельности компании за счет использования гибких методологий проектного управления». Целью исследования является обоснования необходимости перехода компании на гибкие методологии управления проектами, разработка плана перехода и оценка его влияния на показатели эффективности разработки. Исследование выполнялось на базе ООО «Дойче Телеком АйТи РУС». Предмет исследования: система управления проектами и показатели эффективности разработки. Методы исследования: применялись общенаучные методы исследования: контентный и сравнительный анализ, метод аналогий, методы анализа экономической эффективности. Основные результаты исследования: Разработан план перехода к работе по выбранной методологии гибкого управления на примере одного из проектов компании; разработана система показателей эффективности разработки программного обеспечения для отслеживания результатов трансформации; проанализировано влияние похожей трансформации на другие компании и составлен прогноз улучшения показателей эффективности. Область применения результатов ВКР применение результатов работы в деятельности компании-объекта и возможности масштабирования решения на компаниях отрасли ИТ разработок. Научной новизной исследования является разработка системы показателей эффективности разработки программного обеспечения для отслеживания результатов трансформации. Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов. Полученные результаты обладают признаками научной новизны. Обоснованы перспективы и направления дальнейшего исследования.

The title of the master graduate qualification work: “Increasing the efficiency of the company using flexible project management methodologies”. The aim of the study is to substantiate the need for a company's transformation to flexible project management methodologies, develop a transition plan and assess its impact on development performance indicators. The study was carried out on the basis of LCC “Deutsche Telecom IT RUS”. Research subject: project management system and development efficiency indicators. Research methods: General scientific research methods were used: content and comparative analysis, the method of analogies, as well as specific research methods, in particular, methods of organizational design and evaluation of investment attractiveness of projects. The main results of the study: А plan for the transition to work according to the selected methodology of flexible management was developed on the example of one of the company's projects; developed a system of performance indicators for software development to track the results of transformation; analyzed the impact of a similar transformation on other companies and made a forecast for improving performance indicators. Application field: application of the results of work in the activities of the object company and the ability to scale the solution at enterprises of the IT development industry. The scientific novelty of the study is the development of a system of performance indicators for software development to track the results of transformation. Conclusions: The tasks of the thesis are solved, the goal is achieved, and the scope of application of the results is determined. The results obtained show signs of scientific novelty. The directions of further research are defined.
