Тема выпускной квалификационной работы магистра: «Таможенное регулирование экспорта нефти и нефтепродуктов из РФ» Целью исследования является исследование таможенного регулирования экспорта нефти и нефтепродуктов из РФ. Исходя, из поставленной цели необходимо решить взаимосвязанный комплекс задач, позволяющие построить систему, построенную на основе системного подхода для взаимодействия ФТС РФ, Правительства и системообразующих компаний отрасли. Задачи исследования: - представить общую характеристику нефтяного сектора России и перспективы его развития в условиях нестабильности, - рассмотреть практику таможенного оформления нефти и нефтепродуктов, - разработать методы по устранению правонарушений в области экспорта нефти и нефтепродуктов. Исследование выполнялось на базе экспорта нефти и нефтепродуктов. Методы исследования: анализ периодической литературы и нормативного регулирования по теме исследования, графический, экономический и т.д. Основные результаты исследования: - роль экспорта нефти и нефтепродуктов в экономике РФ занимает одно из ведущих мест, в силу преобладания ресурсами по сравнению с другими странами; - доказано, что правильное регулирование экспорта нефти и продуктов ее переработки может положительно повлиять на бюджетную политику страны; - усилия компаний нефтяного сектора России необходимо направлять на повышение качества добычи нефти, ее хранения и перевозки. Научной новизной определено обобщение нормативноправовой базы экспортных операций нефти и нефтепродуктов и разработкой мер по разработке Стратегии, направленной на повышение эффективности таможенных платежей в области экспорта нефти и нефтепродуктов.
