Тема выпускной квалифицированной работы: «Проект реконструкции здания и благоустройства общеобразовательной школы №10 в г. Гурьевск Кемеровской области». Была предложена руководством данной школы на сайте проекта «Профстажировки 2.0». Предметом исследования являются архитектурные и объемно-планировочные решения здания и планировочные решения пришкольного участка. Цель работы: разработать объемно-планировочные и интерьерные решения здания и благоустройство прилегающей территории с целью создания современного образовательного пространства. Работа была проведена на основании предоставленных руководством школы документов: технических паспортов, планов, топографической съемки участка, архива с фотографиями объекта. В ходе выполнения работы были достигнуты следующие результаты: 1. Создан проект организации земельного участка. 2. Разработаны объемно-планировочные решения второго корпуса. 3. Предложены универсальные решения по оформлению школьных помещений. 4. Разработаны конструктивные решения надстройки третьего этажа, решения по доступу инвалидов, компенсирующие мероприятия по обеспечению пожарной безопасности. Результаты данной дипломной работы могут быть использованы для проработки проектов реконструкции школы и прилегающей территории с целью повышения комфорта образовательного процесса, качества учебной среды и мотивации обучающихся.

The topic of the qualified graduate work: "Project for the reconstruction of the building and improvement of the secondary school №10 in the city of Guryevsk, Kemerovo region". It was proposed by the leadership of this school on the website of the project "Profstazhirovki 2.0". The subject of the research is the architectural and space-planning solutions of the building and the planning solutions of the school site. Purpose of the work: to develop space-planning and interior solutions for the building and landscaping of the adjacent territory to create a modern educational space. The work was carried out based on documents provided by the school management: technical passports, plans, topographic survey of the site, an archive with photographs of the object. In the course of the work, the following results were achieved: 1. Created a project for organizing a land plot. 2. Space-planning solutions of the second building have been developed. 3. Proposed universal solutions for the design of school premises. 4. Constructive solutions for the superstructure of the third floor, solutions for access for disabled people, compensating for measures to ensure fire safety have been developed. The work was carried out based on documents provided by the school management: technical passports, building plans, topographic survey of the site, an archive with photographs of the object. The results of this qualifying paper can be used to develop projects for the reconstruction of the school and the surrounding area to improve the comfort of the educational process, the quality of the learning environment and the motivation of students.
