The graduation work is devoted to the analysis of fire risks of a residential building and the proposal of options for correcting non-compliance with standards in design and construction. The tasks that were solved during the study: - study of the theoretical foundations for calculating the individual fire risk. - calculation of the individual fire risk at the facility in the mastered program. - analysis of measures to reduce the magnitude of fire risk at the facility and the formulation of additional measures. In the work, modeling of the evacuation process and the spread of hazardous fire factors was carried out. The results obtained were compared with the normative ones. Laws, standards, codes of practice were analyzed and the conformity or inconsistency of these norms with the object in question was established.
