Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Оценка размеров санитарно-защитных зон при авариях на котельных». В данной выпускной квалификационной работе проводится анализ возможности выхода зон вредного воздействия за пределы санитарно-защитных зон при аварии разлива на котельной. Для решения поставленной цели в ходе исследования были поставлены задачи: 1. анализ нормативных документов, определяющих границы санитарно-защитных зон на котельных и их обоснование; 2. изучение теоретических данных о процессах распространения мазута в почве, возможность проникновения до грунтовых вод и миграции вещества в них; 3. рассмотрение сценария аварии разлива нефтепродукта из резервуара. Оценка параметров при реализации аварии; 4. анализ прогнозируемых зон распространения нефтепродуктов на моделях modflow, arc-gis, сравнение с зонами загрязнения при реальных авариях с разливом нефтепродуктов; 5. оценка возможности выхода зон негативного воздействия при аварии разлива мазута за пределы санитарно-защитной зоны на основе проанализированной теоретической части процессов распространения, моделирования на программных комплексах и опыте аналогичных аварий. В результате выполнения постановленных цели и задач исследования, была проведена всесторонняя оценка возможности выхода зон негативного воздействия за пределы санитарно-защитных зон и предложены соответствующие методы по управлению промышленной и экологической безопасностью.

The topic of the graduate qualification work is «Estimation of the size of sanitary-protective zones in case of accidents at boiler». In this work, was analyzed the possibility of the exit of zones of harmful effects outside the boundaries of the sanitary protection zones in the event of a spill accident at the boiler. To solve this goal during the study, the following tasks were set: 1. analysis of regulatory documents defining the boundaries of sanitary protection zones at boiler and their justification; 2. study of the processes of distribution of fuel oil in the soil, the possibility of contamination to groundwater and migration of matter in them; 3. consideration of a scenario of an oil spills from a storage tanks. Estimation of parameters during the implementation of an accident; 4. analysis of the predicted zones of oil products distribution using modflow, arc-gis models, comparison with pollution zones in real accidents with oil spills; 5. evaluation of the possibility of exit negative impact zones outside the sanitary protection zone in the event of a fuel oil spill accident on the basis of the analyzed theoretical part of the spread processes, modeling on the software systems and the experience of similar accidents. As a result of the fulfillment of the stated goals and objectives of the study, a comprehensive assessment of the possibility of the zones of negative impact outside the sanitary protection zones was carried out and the appropriate methods for managing industrial and environmental safety were proposed.
