Целью работы явилось изучение, сравнительный анализ информационных систем для управление проектами, обоснование целесообразности внедрения выбранной системы для управления проектами и расчет экономической эффективности от внедрения. Задачи работы: 1. выделить и проанализировать необходимость внедрения ИСУП; 2. описание текущего состояния процессов и выявление ключевых проблем; 3. расчет экономической эффективности от внедрения ИСУП. Работа выполнена на базе Общество с ограниченной ответственностью «ИН14». Методы: сравнительный анализ, архитектурное моделирование, методы оценки эффективности. Основные результаты работы: 1. проведен анализ деятельности организации; 2. проведен сравнительный анализ и обоснован выбор поставщика системы; 3. описана будущая IT-архитектура предприятия; 4. описано содержание проектных операций по внедрению системы; 5. проведен расчет затрат на внедрение и обслуживание выбранной системы; 6. оценка эффективности внедрения; 7. оценка коммерческой эффективности. Практическая значимость работы определяется ожидаемыми результатами внедрения информационной системы для управления проектами: упрощение процесса планирования и управления проектами, сбалансированностью управления ресурсами, улучшению совместной работы в команде, наличием актуальной отчетности, повышением эффективности внутренней и внешней коммуникации. Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов – процесс управления проектами.

The purpose of the work - the study and the compare of information systems for project management, to justify the feasibility of implementing the selected system for project management and calculating the economic efficiency of implementation. Tasks of work: 1. identify and analyze the need for the implementation of the IPM; 2. description of the current state of the processes and identification of key issues; 3. calculation of the economic efficiency of the implementation of the IPM. Work is performed on the basis of Limited Liability Company "IN14". Methods: comparative analysis, architectural modeling, methods for evaluating efficiency. The main results of the work: 1. the analysis of the organization's activities is carried out; 2. the comparative analysis is carried out and the choice of the system supplier is justified; 3. the future IT architecture of the enterprise is described; 4. the content of the project operations for the implementation of the system is described; 5. the calculation of the costs for the implementation and maintenance of the selected system is carried out; 6. evaluation of implementation efficiency; 7. evaluation of commercial efficiency. The practical significance of the work is determined by the expected results of the implementation of the information system for project management: simplification of the project planning and management process, balanced resource management, improved teamwork, availability of up-to-date reporting, and increased efficiency of internal and external communication. Conclusions. The tasks of the thesis have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of the results has been determined.
