Выпускная квалификационная работа на тему: «Способы образования юридических лиц: функционально правовой анализ», посвящена изучению сущности и порядка образования юридических лиц, особенностям их учреждения и реорганизации, а также формам их государственной регистрации. В рамках работы даны общие понятия образования юридического лица, определены этапы образования юридических лиц и особенности, характерные для отдельных юридических лиц при прохождении процедур учреждения, реорганизации и государственной регистрации, также были выделены проблемы правового регулирования данных правоотношений и вынесены предложения по реформированию законодательства.

The final qualifying work on the topic: "Methods of formation of legal entities: functional and legal analysis", is devoted to the study of the nature and order of formation of legal entities, the peculiarities of their establishment and reorganization, as well as the forms of their state registration. Within the framework of the work, the general concepts of the formation of a legal entity are given, the stages of the formation of legal entities and the peculiarities characteristic of individual legal entities during the procedures of establishment, reorganization and state registration are defined, the problems of legal regulation of these legal entities are also highlighted, and proposals for legislative reform are made.
