Предметом данного исследования является комплекс объектов, предметов, методов и методик судебной взрывотехнической экспертизы, а также комплекс научно-технических средств и программных продуктов, используемых в ходе решения задач судебной взрывотехнической экспертизы. Целью исследования данной работы является анализ судебной взрывотехнической экспертизы как отдельного рода экспертных исследований, выявление возможных перспектив ее развития и существующих проблем. Задачами данного исследования являются: 1. Анализ понятия, предмета и задач судебной взрывотехнической экспертизы; 2. Провести анализ и определить круг объектов судебной взрывотехнической экспертизы; 3. Провести анализ и определить круг методов судебной взрывотехнической экспертизы; 4. Провести анализ методик решения экспертных задач по установлению обстоятельств взрыва; 5. Провести анализ современных научно-технические средств и программных продуктов в решении задач судебной взрывотехнической экспертизы.

Theme of final qualification work: «Forensic engineering and technical expertise on the analysis of explosives and the hazardous consequences of their use». The subject of this research is a complex of objects, objects, methods and techniques of forensic explosives expertise, as well as a complex of scientific and technical means and software products used in solving problems of forensic explosives expertise. Purpose of the study of this work is to analyze the forensic explosives expertise as a separate kind of expert research, to identify possible prospects for its development and existing problems. The objectives of this study are: 1. Analysis of the concept, subject and tasks of forensic explosives expertise; 2. To analyze and determine the range of objects of forensic explosives expertise; 3. To analyze and determine the range of methods of forensic explosives expertise; 4. Analyze the methods for solving expert problems to establish the circumstances of the explosion; 5. To analyze modern scientific and technical means and software products in solving the problems of forensic explosives expertise.
