Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Модернизация мехатронной линии с применением технологии радиочастотной идентификации изготавливаемых изделий». Данная работа посвящена изучению радиочастотной идентификации на аппаратном и программном уровнях, а также созданию системы супервизорного контроля и доработке программы управления. Работа проведена на базе Санкт-Петербургского политехнического университета им. Петра Великого, где собиралась имеющаяся информация: оборудование, программа управления. Производилось: установка RFID-системы, изучение документации, проектирование линии. В результате была исследована технология для создания RFID-систем, выполнен монтаж, доработана программная часть и система диспетчерского контроля. Отладка показала корректную работу всей сборочной линии.

The subject of the graduate qualification work is «Modernization of the mechatronic line using the technology of radio frequency identification of manufactured products». This work is devoted to the study of radio frequency identification at the hardware and software levels, as well as the refinement of the SCADA system and control program. The work was carried out on the basis of the Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, where the available information was collected: equipment, control program. Performed: RFID system installation, documentation study. As a result, the technology for the creation of RFID systems was investigated, installation was carried out, the software part and the system of dispatch control and data collection were improved. Debugging has shown the correct operation of the entire assembly line.
