Данная работа посвящена анализу деятельности предприятия и оптимизации процессов, связанных с внутренним устройством компании и работой с поставщиками. В процессе исследования были решены следующие задачи: 1. Изучение направлений сбыта импортируемой плодоовощной продукции и норм ее потребления 2. Анализ поставщиков и производителей выбранных позиций плодоовощной продукции 3. Исследование деятельности компании ООО «Чиполлино» 4. Разработка путей оптимизации работы предприятия Работа выполнялась в Обществе с ограниченной ответственностью «Чиполлино». В ходе работы были проанализированы торговые процессы предприятия, исследованы методы выбора поставщиков и их проверки, определены необходимые для импорта документы, а также рассмотрена организационная структура предприятия. Результатом выполненной работы стали: разработка для ООО «Чиполлино» новой организационной структуры, определение нового метода оплаты работы поставщика, также были определены новые методы работы с поставщиками, а именно исключение из цепи закупки товаров брокера (третьих лиц). Помимо этого, были предложены новые методы контроля работы с документацией при ведении международной торговли, а также методы воздействия на персонал для снижения рисков и повышения работоспособности.

This work is devoted to the analysis of enterprise activities and optimization of processes associated with the internal structure of the company and work with suppliers. During the research, the following tasks were solved: 1. Study of the directions of sale of imported fruits and vegetables and the norms of their consumption 2. Analysis of suppliers and manufacturers of selected items of fruit and vegetable products 3. Research of the activities of the company LLC "Chipollino" 4. Development of ways to optimize the work of the enterprise The work was carried out in the Chipollino Limited Liability Company. In the course of the work, the trade processes of the enterprise were analyzed, the methods for selecting suppliers and their verification were investigated, the documents necessary for import were determined, and the management structure of the enterprise was considered. The result of the work performed was: the development of a new organizational structure for Chipollino LLC, the definition of a new method of payment for the supplier's work, new methods of working with suppliers were also identified, namely, the exclusion of the broker (third parties) from the purchase chain. In addition, new methods were proposed to control the work with documents in the conduct of international trade, as well as methods of influencing personnel to reduce risks and increase efficiency.
