Тема выпускной квалификационной работы: «Государственно-правовой контроль в сфере деятельности органов федеральной таможен-ной службы Российской Федерации структура и функции». Работа посвящена рассмотрению актуальных вопросов государственного контроля в таможенной сфере в условиях модернизации российского государства, а также анализу законодательства, регулирующего деятельность органов таможенной службы, поиску проблем, стоящих на пути данной деятельности и возможных решений. В ходе работы и анализа найденных проблем были сформулированы предложения по решению выявленных проблем.

The topic of the final qualification work: "State and legal control in the sphere of activity of the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation structure and functions". The work is devoted to the consideration of topical issues of state control in the customs sphere in the context of the moderniza-tion of the Russian state, as well as to the analysis of legislation regulating the activities of customs authorities, as well as to the search for problems that stand in the way of this activity and possible solutions. In the course of the work and analysis of the problems found, proposals were formulated to solve the identified problems.
