Целью исследования является исследование влияния применения системы бизнес-аналитики в компании на процесс принятия управленческих решений и их эффективность. Исследование выполнялось на базе B2B компании по оптовой продажи посуды. Предмет ВКР применение BI системы для поддержки принятия решений в компании. Методы исследования: системный подход, контентный и сравнительный анализ, инструменты моделирования бизнес-процессов, экспертные оценки, экономико-математические методы. Основные результаты исследования: выполнен анализ компании B2B; разработана стратегия развития предприятия; сформулировано обоснование необходимости совершенствования информационных систем; проведен выбор системы BI под нужды компании; выполнена настройка BI системы; смоделированы аналитические дэшборды; проведена оценка эффективности проекта. Область применения результатов ВКР применение результатов работы в деятельности компании-объекта и аналогичных компания B2B рынка. Научной новизной исследования является разработка методики по применению системы business intelligence в компании B2B для оптимизации процесса принятия решений. Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

The purpose of the research is to study the impact of the application of the business intelligence system in the company on the management decision-making process and their effectiveness. The study was carried out on the basis of the B2B company for the wholesale sale of tableware. The subject of the thesis application of the BI system to support decision-making in the company. Research methods: system approach, content and comparative analysis, business process modeling tools, expert assessments, economic and mathematical methods. The main results of the study: performed the analysis of the B2B company; developed the company's development strategy; formulated the rationale for the need to improve information systems; carried out the selection of the BI system for the needs of the company; completed BI system configuration; modeled analytical dashboards; Hevaluated the project effectiveness. Scope of results application of the results of the work in the activities of the target company and similar B2B market companies. The scientific novelty of research is development of a methodology for using the business intelligence system in a B2B company to optimize the decision-making process. Conclusions.
