Тема выпускной квалификационной работы магистра: «Выявление и реализация потенциала внедрения системы электронного документооборота в строительной компании». Целью исследования является формирование представления о возможностях и процессе внедрения системы электронного документооборота. Исследование выполнялось на базе ООО «Технополис». Предмет ВКР: система электронного документооборота. Методы исследования: Применялись основные общенаучные методы исследования, а также метод SWOT-анализа, построения бизнес-процессов и карты мотивационного расширения. Основные результаты исследования: выполнен анализ решений по критериям заказчика; исследован потенциал развития систем электронного документооборота; осуществлен критико-конструктивный анализ реализации осуществленного проекта по внедрению системы электронного документооборота. Областью применения результатов ВКР является реализация проектов внедрения СЭД на базе строительных организаций. Научной новизной является оценка проведения реального проекта по внедрению информационной системы и исследования потенциала его развития. Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

The research was carried out on the basis of Ltd. Technopolis. The subject of the thesis is electronic document management system. Research methods: The main general scientific research methods are used, as well as the method of SWOT analysis, building business processes and a map of motivational expansion. The main results of the study: explored the potential for the development of electronic document management systems; explored the potential for the development of electronic document management systems; a critical-constructive analysis of the implementation of the implemented project for the implementation of an electronic document management system was carried out. The field of application of results is the implementation of projects for the implementation of EDMS on the basis of construction organizations. The scientific novelty is an assessment of a real project for the implementation of an information system and a study of the potential for its development. Conclusions. The tasks of the thesis have been solved, the goal has been achieved, the scope of the results has been determined.
