Работа выполнялась совместно с НИИПИиИТвОБЖ в рамках НИОКР на тему «Совершенствование методов оценки огнезащитной эффективности интумесцентных покрытий для защиты металлоконструкций». В работе были использованы огнезащитные композиции, изготовленные в лаборатории ООО "ВДМ "Пигмент". Показан характер влияния различных компонентов на огнезащитную эффективность и результаты огневых испытаний. Описаны разработанные методики, включающие установку для сравнительной оценки огнезащитной эффективности интумесцентных покрытий, реализуемая в лабораторных условиях на базе предприятия, также подобраны компоненты, наиболее эффективно повышающие огнезащитную эффективность интумесцентных покрытий. Научная задача состоит в совершенствование методов оценки огнезащитной эффективности интумесцентных покрытий для защиты металлоконструкций.

The work was carried out in the framework of Research and development work in cooperation with Research Institute for Advanced Research and Innovative Technologies in the Field Of Life Safety. The paper presents the results of tests of the flame-retardant effectiveness of compositions produced by LLC «VDM «Pigment», the adhesion of the foam-coke layer and fire tests of the intumescent coating. The nature of the influence of various components on the flame retardant efficiency and the results of fire tests is shown. The developed methods are described, including an installation for comparative evaluation of the flame-retardant efficiency of intumescent coatings, implemented in laboratory conditions on the basis of the enterprise, and the components that most effectively increase the flame-retardant efficiency of intumescent coatings are selected. The scientific task is to improve the methods for evaluating the flame-retardant effectiveness of intumescent coatings for the protection of metal structures.
