Целью данной выпускной квалификационной работы является выявление, описание и систематизация структурно-типологических особенностей делового дискурса в англо- и немецкоязычной коммуникации. Реализация данной цели включает в себя осуществление теоретического анализа на уровне изучения понятия «дискурс», обзор существующих интерпретаций его концептуального понимания и методик проведения дискурсивных исследований, определение функций, этики и форм делового общения, выделение характерологических особенностей культуры делового общения в странах английского (Великобритания, США) и германского (Германия, Швейцария) кластеров.
The purpose of the work given is to study, describe and systematize common structural patterns of business discourse in the English- and German-speaking countries. It includes adoption of the theoretical research methods and conduction of a descriptive and contextual analysis of English and German business talks and letters. Theoretical research is aimed at, firstly, examining the concept of "discourse" and existing approaches to its essence interpretation, as well as methods of conducting discourse analyses; secondly, evaluating ethics and forms of business communication and, thirdly, presenting a cultural image of Great Britain, the USA, Germany and Switzerland. Descriptive and contextual analysis of English and German business talks and English-German letters resulted in the main similarities and differences, as well as prospects of carrying out a discourse analysis in the cross-cultural context being identified. In addition, referring to the structural and principal characteristics of business communications in both oral and written forms, the features of implementing the ethics of professional communication and the peculiarities of expressing and intention of the addressee were highlighted.
