Целью работы является оценка перспектив применения «зелёных» технологий в строительстве. Работа выполнялась на базе доступных в сети Интернет материалов об объекте недвижимости МФК «Лахта Центр». Применялись общенаучные методы исследования: контентный и сравнительный анализ, метод аналогий, классификация, прогнозирование, экспертное оценивание, сбор и обработка данных, инфографика. Основные результаты работы: проведен анализ «зеленых» технологий и сфер их применения; обоснована целесообразность применения «зеленых» технологий в строительстве; сформулированы атрибуты успешности «зеленых» проектов в строительстве; выполнен анализ проекта строительства «Лахта Центр»; сформулированы результаты применения «зеленых» технологий в проекте «Лахта Центр» для всех заинтересованных сторон; предложены рекомендации по эффективному внедрению «зеленых» технологий в строительную отрасль. Область применения результатов ВКР – строительство объектов недвижимости, при решении задач организации внедрения «зеленых» технологий в строительную отрасль. Выводы. Задачи ВКР решены, цель достигнута, определена область применения результатов.

The aim of the graduate qualification work is to assess the prospects for the use of «green» technologies in construction. The work has been carried out on the materials available on the Internet about the real estate object of the MFC «Lakhta Center». General scientific research methods used: content and comparative analysis, the method of analogies, classification, forecasting, expert evaluation, data collection and processing, infographics. The main results of the graduate qualification work: the analysis of «green» technologies and their application areas is carried out; the expediency of using «green» technologies in construction is justified; the attributes of the success of «green» projects in construction are formulated; the analysis of the construction project «Lakhta Center»; the results of the application of «green» technologies in the «Lakhta Center» project for all interested parties are formulated; recommendations for the effective implementation of «green» technologies in the construction industry are proposed. The areas of the graduate qualification work results application - construction of real estate objects, when solving the problems of organizing the introduction of «green» technologies in the construction industry. Conclusions of graduate qualification work. Tasks have been solved, aim has been achieved, the areas of the results application have been determined.
